nam designs is born out of a desire to create, to slow down and to continue the telling of an unknown story. Each textile holds a story we will never know. Whose hands touched these fabrics, what is it they were experiencing, what occasion was being celebrated, what was the weather like, what thoughts filled the mind as they worked, what joys or struggles were being experienced?  Presumably creations were used and eventually over time discarded. They have now been found and transformed into the one-of-a-kind creations you see here.
